In his little restaurant in the Gsieser Valley in South Tyrol, Joachim “Joggl” Graf treats his guests to a culinary experience that’s a little out of the ordinary…

“Sometimes Alpine cuisine, sometimes Mediterranean, sometimes sophisticated, jam-packed with variety, always healthy, sometimes a light dish and then a full-on gourmet menu paired with select wines, regional, never boring, and always with a little surprise waiting for you”.

Joggl’s cuisine can’t be pinned down or pigeonholed so easily. And he wouldn’t want it to. Mastering the (culinary) art of discovering something new, fun and good-humoured ease, a delicate touch and a balanced style are all aspects of his own character, and they are mirrored in his menu.
“Joggl” warmly welcomes you to his tables in the two inviting guest rooms. His beautifully laid tables and subtle, stylish decor add the perfect finishing touches to the “Zum Graf” experience.

Pop in to my little village bar in “Zum Graf,” the Restaurant & Klein Fein Hotel for a coffee, a bite to eat after a hike, an aperitif in the evening or a quick pint after a long day’s work or holidaying. Everybody’s welcome, whether you’re a local, a holidaymaker or just passing through - and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch me when I’m playing the accordion. A spot of music and company do everybody good: life is short, and we need to take pleasure in the small things in life and “take them away”.
From 10:00 in the morning until 1:00 the following morning, we serve light snacks, home-made cakes and hot and cold drinks of all kinds.

For an all-round, perfect gourmet experience, you always need the right ingredients. That’s why I use top-quality, locally-sourced products wherever and whenever possible. Because I know where they come from, and how they are produced. In matters of meat, sausage and dairy products, I want to serve you only the very best.
